The new multipurpose room, created through the restoration of the ancient stable of Villa Selvatico, was conceived for use aimed at touristic and cultural activities as part of a project to enhance the architectural heritage and rural landscape.
The room is used as a support for visiting the villa, and for cultural activities relating to the architectural, landscape and, more generally, cultural heritage of the area.
These initiatives are carried out as part of a rural tourism activity.
The room, with a size of approximately 80 m2, can accommodate 40 seats and is equipped with wifi, smart TV with 75'' video suitable for showing presentations, summer and winter air conditioning, forced air exchange.
